Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Helensburgh is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Helensburgh and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist's clinical decision is final.
All weight loss medications dispensed through our pharmacy require a valid prescription. Prescriptions are issued only following review of your consultation by a qualified prescriber. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical authorisation.
Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete health information. Providing false information may put your health at risk and may constitute an offence under UK law.
Prescriptions remain the property of the pharmacy and are retained in accordance with legal requirements.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, you will always be informed of the total cost before completing your purchase.
In the event that a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel or that you have provided a suitable safe delivery location.
Medications must be stored as directed upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for products that are damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations and consumer law exemptions for bespoke healthcare products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are intended to support, not replace, the care of your regular GP or healthcare provider. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute personalised medical advice.

You are responsible for informing your GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
